André Gottschalk is a Berlin based Graphic Designer and Illustrator. After three years as a screen printer and graduating from Bauhaus University of Applied Sciences in Dessau he started life as a freelance illustrator and has illustrated for german and international clients such as Adidas, PETA, Amnesty International, Jewish Museum Berlin, Bavarian State Opera and Delta Lloyd Group. He mainly work on in multi disciplined projects for magazines, books, newspapers and apparel. André's work exhibits a strong and unique interplay with figure, abstract forms and typographic elements. Beyond that, he realized his own illustration projects and takes part in several exhibitions. He has been featured in numerous pop culture and design publications.
